Trainer Description
Ms. Kalia Demetriadou
Kalia Demetriadou is the Founder and CEO of Growth Consultants Ltd, specialising in business development, digital transformation, and national and EU funding programmes.
She has over 10 years of experience in project development and management and, over the last four years, has led 26 digital transformation projects with investments exceeding €1 million, supporting SMEs in implementing digital solutions and securing funding through the Digital Upgrade for Businesses scheme, as well as other national and European funding programmes.
Kalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies and postgraduate degrees in International Relations and Business Administration (MBA). She is a Certified Adult Trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) of Cyprus.
Her expertise focuses on entrepreneurship, business development, digital transformation, AI applications for businesses, and funding opportunities. She has delivered more than 300 hours of professional training to entrepreneurs, managers, and business professionals.
Mr. Paris Alexandrou
Paris Alexandrou is the Founder and CEO of Hats ON Ad & Tech Agency, with operations in Cyprus and the United Kingdom, and has more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing, technology and digital transformation.
During his professional career in London, he worked as a business consultant for international organisations, including FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, a multinational eCommerce company, a leading VoIP telecommunications company, and one of the world’s top universities. He has led digital transformation projects, the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, business process automation initiatives, and multidisciplinary software development teams.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, an MBA with Merit, as well as the CMI Level 5 Professional Consulting and ITIL v3 Foundation certifications. Since 2021, he has been a Certified Vocational Training Instructor accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA), with experience in training professionals in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and modern digital technologies.
