Grant Scheme for Hotel and Tourist Accommodation Upgrade Projects
The application submission for 2025 has been completed.
Purpose
To support investments in hotel and tourist accommodation businesses for:
(a) Enrichment, modernization, and quality upgrade of their existing products and services.
(b) Creation of new products and services related to alternative forms of tourism and to address diverse seasonal needs and specificities.
(c) Modernization of services through digital upgrades.
Eligible Applicants
Potential beneficiaries include all entrepreneurs (natural or legal persons) who manage licensed hotels or tourist accommodations, with the proposed investment located within the geographic area covered by the scheme.
Grant Rate
- Maximum grant amount: €300,000* (under de-minimis regulation)
- Minimum proposed investment amount: €30,000
Depending on the geographical location of the project, the grant percentage is as follows:
- Mountainous, remote, and border areas: 75%
- Rural areas: 65%
- Other areas: 50%
- Special support zone: 85%
