Grant Scheme for Business Development in the Walled City of Nicosia

Purpose of the Scheme
The grant supports property owners or tenants who either operate or intend to operate a business within the Walled City of Nicosia. The aim of the scheme is to revitalize the area both socially and economically and to create new job opportunities.

Funding covers 60% of eligible expenses

Buildings – Renovation / Refurbishment
Includes: construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical works
Equipment
Includes: furniture, computers, electronic devices, office peripherals, lighting, product display cases, storage equipment, kitchen counters and cabinets, air conditioning units, fire safety and security systems
Consultants / Study Fees
Covers fees for consultants registered with ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber)
