In 2021 we founded Growth Consultants to provide a range of business and personal services with regards to funding programmes. We specialize in EU and CY funding schemes consultancy and our Mission is to guide individuals and companies towards achieving their targets of development and growth. Our Scope is to create value that will enable the customer to develop, achieve goals, and implement projects and ideas.

Kalia Demetriadou
Founder and Director
Kalia is a business consultant who leads with passion, purpose, and an uncompromising focus on creating impact. She specializes in consulting and guidance of companies and individuals leading them towards their goals.
Kalia has received a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Nicosia and a master’s degree in International Relations from Kingston University London. She is currently an alumni of the Masters Business Administration at the University of Limassol and CIIM Business School. She has completed professional certificates in Public Relations (LCCI), Project Management and she is a certified trainer regarding professional recruitment through the Human Resource Development Agency in Cyprus.
As a person who believes in the power of creativity to make a positive impact on society, Kalia’s proudest achievements have occurred at the intersection of the social causes she works on and the efforts for secure funding on behalf of clients.
Kalliopi-Evangelia Stavroulia (Ph.D)
Head of Program Development and Management
Kalliopi is a PhD graduate of the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts of the Cyprus University of Technology and holds a master’s degree in Design and Development of Computer Games and Interactive Technologies from the Cyprus University of Technology and the University of Cyprus (2016).
Moreover, she has a master’s degree in Master of Arts in Education from Roehampton University and the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education. She is a postdoctoral research associate at the Cyprus University of Technologies and has publishes in international journals, conference minutes and collective volumes. She has a significant experience in research programs in new technologies and especially regarding the use of virtual reality and educational games.
One of her major strengths is the devotion she shows in every single client individually.
Maria Stephadourou
Project Manager
Maria is the newest member of the team. With 20 years’ experience in project management and as an administration officer, she holds exceptional organizational and managerial skills, ensuring professional assistance in the business and education industries. She is the right person to ensure deadlines, project requirements and clients’ needs are met.
Maria has received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Cyprus and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Cyprus International Institute of Management.
The diverse work experience she has, combined with a variety of soft and hard skills, make her capable of meeting any challenge with a solution-oriented attitude.

Having in mind all the environmental and societal challenges nowadays, our goal is to contribute as much as we can to make sure that we are working towards building a sustainable and conscious future.
As a company, we are driven by our need to contribute to environmental awareness. We strongly promote our sustainable remote work policy and we keep all the documentation and date online. Furthermore, we have chosen more environmentally friendly infrastructures and equipment for our offices. In addition, we make sure that our computers run with as less energy as possible by unsubscribing from all unnecessary newsletters, by removing all unused applications and by using internal communicational tools. For our extensive clientele, we use a CRM system, minimizing the use of paper and thus, our ecological footprint. Moreover, we promote online meetings with our clients, keeping to the minimum the unnecessary transportation and the emission of carbon monoxide. Also, we use file hosting services in order to share large files with our clients, avoiding the possibility of printing any documentation.
In addition, we always comply with the requirements and specifications of local and EU programs, which promote the sustainable development. In these programs, we are obliged to suggest and implement ways of protecting the environment and reducing of every company’s and individuals’ environmental footprint.
