Founder and Director
Kalia is a business consultant who leads with passion, purpose, and an uncompromising focus on creating impact. She specializes in consulting and guidance of companies and individuals leading them towards their goals.
Kalia has received a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Nicosia and a master’s degree in International Relations from Kingston University London. She is currently an alumni of the Masters Business Administration at the University of Limassol and CIIM Business School. She has completed professional certificates in Public Relations (LCCI), Project Management and she is a certified trainer regarding professional recruitment through the Human Resource Development Agency in Cyprus.
As a person who believes in the power of creativity to make a positive impact on society, Kalia’s proudest achievements have occurred at the intersection of the social causes she works on and the efforts for secure funding on behalf of clients.
Kalliopi-Evangelia Stavroulia (Ph.D)
Head of Program Development and Management
Kalliopi is a PhD graduate of the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts of the Cyprus University of Technology and holds a master’s degree in Design and Development of Computer Games and Interactive Technologies from the Cyprus University of Technology and the University of Cyprus (2016).
Moreover, she has a master’s degree in Master of Arts in Education from Roehampton University and the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education. She is a postdoctoral research associate at the Cyprus University of Technologies and has publishes in international journals, conference minutes and collective volumes. She has a significant experience in research programs in new technologies and especially regarding the use of virtual reality and educational games.
One of her major strengths is the devotion she shows in every single client individually.
Maria Stephadourou
Project Manager
Maria has twenty years of experience in project management and administrative support. She is distinguished by her excellent organizational and administrative skills, which ensure the provision of professional support and guidance.
She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. Her extensive and diverse professional experience, combined with her developed management skills, enables her to respond effectively to challenges and to ensure adherence to project timelines and requirements.
